Introduced by Sen. Cavanagh, this bill amends the law governing the State Administrative Board to rename SOAR into the Make it in Michigan Fund and adds mention of the Michigan 360 Program. As it stands, this law prohibits the State Administrative Board from transferring funds from SOAR to the CIP or SSRP program (this must be done by legislative transfer). This bill will prohibit the State Administrative Fund Board from transferring funds from the Make it in Michigan Fund to the CIP, SSRP, or Michigan 360 programs.
