Central Location
The terms Central Michigan and Mid-Michigan are used interchangeably to describe this region's proximity in the state. The capitol of Michigan, Lansing, is located in Ingham County in Mid-Michigan. Saginaw, Midland, Bay City, and Flint are other major cities.
